The Customer has the right to communicate any problems (delivery errors, misunderstandings or delivery delays) in writing to the e-mail address info@michelamenistudio.com

The unsatisfied customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 22/05/99 n.185 - consumer protection in contracts concluded at a distance) within ten working days from receipt of the goods, by sending us to the following address info @ michelamenistudio.com a communication specifying:

• Name and surname
• Phone number
• Order identification number
• Description of the garment you want to make
• Reasons for return
• If you want to replace the product or be refunded

MichelaMeniStudio will send an email with instructions for making the return. The cost of returning the goods and the cost of shipping the replacement product will be borne by the customer.

Products can be returned within 10 working days from the date you received the package.

For the correctness of the relationship, the Customer undertakes to preserve and keep the products received with the utmost care and diligence and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact together with the original packaging. The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated or lacking accessories or original equipment will not be accepted by the Supplier and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs. Once the Supplier has received the goods in accordance with the above, he will carry out the necessary checks and refund the Customer.

The Supplier undertakes to process the reimbursement practices by exercising the right of withdrawal, by bank transfer, within 30 (days) working days of receiving the communication with which the consumer intends to withdraw.
